These images give an impression of the complete setup that has been used for the live demonstration.
By double clicking on either images a larger version can be displayed.
The image on the right shows an open space between the exit of the flue pipe and ventilation hood. The flue gas of an wood fired oven passes through this distance and can easily be observed. In the upper left corner there is the display of the high voltage supply, underneath the display of particle counter (CPC) is visible and its reading indicates the number of dust particles per cm3. For easy observation, there is a symbolic meter in the lower left corner indicating the setting of the voltage (0% und 100%). By moving the mouse pointer over the “EIN”-button changes the image to the situation after switching on the particles separator. Moving the mouse over “AUS” again shows the situation with the voltage switched off. These photgraphs were taken during a real time demonstration of the exhaust as cleaning effect. A video clip of this demonstration is available here in mpg2-format or here in rm-format*. *free Real Player availabe |
